This is an excellent way to start Yoga or progress your existing practice. It is particularly suitable for those who want a personal rehabilitation program. We will have a discussion at the start to identify any weak areas and concerns you might have and discuss your short and long term goals. I will teach you suitable Yoga exercises/asana to suit your body and that you will be able to do yourself at home. You will go home with a written tailored program to follow at suitable intervals to meet your personal goals. You may record any of the poses and instructions during the session.

This session gives you the opportunity to ask questions and learn about how and why you might have limitations and most importantly – how to correct them yourself. As a Chartered Physiotherapist I have a wide range of experience helping people with mobility issues on a one to one basis. This session is normally 1 hour long.
