I’m really enjoying the much more intense yoga.

Coming from a weightlifting and strength sports background I got involved in Orla's Performance Yoga classes after finding out I was 4 months pregnant. I needed to minimise the impact and strength training but being big into my fitness I wasn't wiling to give up training and moving so at the time Orlas pregnancy yoga was the perfect addition to my training. I felt right at home in her class straight away and as Orla is a Chartered Physiotherapist I felt really comfortable knowing that I was doing what was right for my newly pregnant body. I continued the pregnancy yoga right up until I was 40 weeks pregnant and I am currently 6 weeks post pregnancy and back in her studio participating in her Sports Yoga. I'm really enjoying the much more intense yoga and the new challenges it is bringing and I know it will greatly help to build back up my strength and aid my post pregnancy healing. I'd highly recommend Orla as a Physiotherapist and as a Yoga instructor and would encourage anyone no matter what their personal story is to give her a try. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving her a call and visiting her studio.
