I began my first venture into yoga with Orla to add a few yards to my golf game!

I began my first venture into yoga with Orla's beginner’s yoga class last year to help loosen the joys of sitting at a desk all day, to add extra flexibility and stability for sports and hopefully add a few yards to my golf game! I found the classes interesting and varied and really noticed an improvement in my flexibility.   I continued with the weekly classes throughout the summer and then joined Orla's dedicated prenatal yoga class while we were expecting our first baby. I found these classes extremely beneficial for strength and breathing techniques both throughout my pregnancy and during the birth of our lovely son. As they say the proof of the pudding is in the eating and during labour my midwife specifically asked me had I been doing yoga as my breathing was really well controlled! So thank you Orla for helping me prepare and manage such an important event in my life. I would highly recommend any of my friends to take up performance yoga both for pregnancy and daily wellbeing and I look forward to re-joining my regular Performance Yoga class.   Thanks Orla!
