Longfield, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
In line with the Government roadmap and in compliance with the recommended Infection control guidelines I will be opening the clinic from next Monday 29th June 2020 for face to face appointments.
I have been working hard behind the scenes to put in place a number of measures to allow this to happen, and wanted to ensure that all was in place prior to making this decision.
My appointment schedule has integrated time for thorough cleaning before and after every appointment, hand hygiene will remain paramount & I will be wearing a facemask and gloves for your protection.
Further details will be provided and discussed in advance of your appointment so that you have clarity prior to attending the clinic.
Most common issues diagnosed and treated include:
- back pain
- neck pain
- leg pain commonly referred to as sciatica
- runners knee
- tennis and golfers elbow
- pre and post operative rehabilitation, including hip and knee replacement and cruciate ligament (ACL) rehabilitation
- ligament strains
- shoulder pain
- sports injuries
- pre and post natal musculoskeletal issues
- women’s health issues
Chartered Physiotherapists are recognised and covered by Ireland’s health insurance schemes. Contact your health insurance provider to quantify how much of your physiotherapy bill can be reimbursed.
Other insurance plans such as the Garda Medical, Prisons Officers Medical Aid and ESB Medical Schemes offer attractive reimbursement rates. You should refer to your insurance plan for further details.
Tax relief may be obtained on Chartered Physiotherapy fees in excess of €100. This is done by completing a Med I form at the end of the tax year and submitting it to the Revenue Commissioners.
