Following on from two successful Yoga Weekend Workshops in Dublin, Orla is going to hold a 90 minute Sports Performance Yoga workshop on Sat 15th April at 12pm in Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy Clonmel.
What’s a Yoga Workshop!?
It is a session ideal for regular yoga goers who are interested in deepening their practice and spending time on some of the ‘harder’ poses. If you are new to yoga but are active and train at your sport 3-4 times a week and would like to learn more about how to effectively move and strengthen your body this could give you the edge you’re after. Whether you’re a GAA player, runner, triathlete, lifter or dancer, we all need to know how to prevent injury and move efficiently.
The class plan will be put together dependent on the requirements of the group that book in.
For over a decade Orla has worked as a Chartered Physiotherapist and is now completing a Masters in Sports Medicine in UCC. Combining these skills with traditional Yoga, she provides a unique experience to those keen to develop their body awareness and movement skills.
